ONLINE COACHING

Online coaching is the most flexible and cost-effective way to reach your fitness goals. It offers you the chance to take your program wherever you go, to exercise when it’s convenient for YOU.

A monthly program will be written up for you tailored to your lifestyle and goals, this will consist of personalised exercises, reps & sets and provide instructional videos on how to do each exercise in the program, whilst receiving personal support from me throughout the month where I can answer all your questions you have along the way. With weekly check ins to keep track of your progress and allowing us to make changes to the program if needed.

Alongside your monthly program you will receive nutritional coaching with your personalised meal plan guide as well as educating you on macro counting and setting out your daily amount of calories and macros. All this whilst making sure this supports your fitness & physique goals at the same time.

You also receive an exclusive Members Only App where I can support you and keep you on track. Communication ranges from email, text and video exercises.

I feel this way of coaching is a fantastic way of empowering yourself to take ownership of your fitness and build a healthy relationship with food. I feel this is the future of personal training.

1-2-1 Personal Training 

1-2-1 personal training offers you a private & customised training programme that is specifically designed for you.

The program can help you reach your health & fitness goals you have always dreamed of. Not only does having the support of me your PT to keep you motivated and accountable when it comes to weekly workouts, but I can help you maximise your time at the gym, prevent injury and give you more consistent results.

My style of training includes a kind of tough love which pushes you out of your comfort zone. This gives my clients exceptional results in a minimal timeframe.

I specialize in weight & fat loss, strength training, fitness and also increasing muscle mass. 

Alongside your Personal Training I offer you nutritional advice & support, educating you on macro counting and food diary tracking.

This style of training is ideal for those of you that find it hard to train on your own or unable to get yourself motivated.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Nutrition Plans

Nutrition plans are ideal for people that find healthy meal planning hard and not knowing which food they should be eating and knowing the right portion size. Also for the people that are on a plan for training but need nutritional help.

With the nutrition plan you get a personalised meal plan guide with a shopping list every week making changes depending on how your progress is going.

Macro and calories targets set weekly. Alongside this you will receive nutritional coaching and advice along the way through the program.

6-Week Program 

There are 2 different 6-week programs this depends if your wanting to lose weight or wanting to put size on.

I have designed these 2 programs for people that need the help to reach their goals but can’t afford to do my full program or 1-2-1 personal training sessions.

The 6-week program is an online training plan with new workouts every 2 weeks but the workouts are not personalised. Even though the programs are proven to get results.

You will get the use of the Members Only App with all your workouts and nutrition alongside instructional videos of your exercises.

Nutrition wise you will have a personalised meal plan guide with your calories and macros set up at the start of the program, this will be changed also on the 4th week of the program. 

You will have a weekly check in every 2 weeks throughout the program.
